2. Quasi-judicial Proceeding Regarding Qualification of District 1 Commissioner-elect Pursuant to Section 3.04 of the City Charter The mayor and each city commissioner shall disclose the identity of the person, group, or entity with whom any written or oral communication was received regarding the subject matter of this hearing, any investigation by the mayor or such city commissioner, or expert opinions received regarding the subject matter of this hearing. All witnesses speaking on quasi-judicial matters will be sworn in and will be subject to cross-examination.
